Board of Directors charters the Marathon Board of REALTORS®.
1980–1982
The Lower Keys Board of REALTORS® is proposed, but Marathon Board of REALTORS® objects. Ultimately, the Florida Association and the Board of Directors/Board Jurisdictions Committee vote to not form the Lower Keys Board of REALTORS® and to allow Marathon Board of REALTORS® to keep the jurisdictional territory.
May 3, 1982
Board of Directors approves a name change from Marathon Board of REALTORS® to Marathon and Lower Keys Board of REALTORS®.
March 23, 1990
National Association of REALTORS® approves a name change from Marathon and Lower Keys Board of REALTORS® to Marathon and Lower Keys Association of REALTORS®.
