MLS Access Fees

MLKAR offers primary, secondary, MLS-only, and affiliate members access to the Florida Keys MLS on a pay-as-you-go basis.

MLS access is available to all members at the same rate: $40/month when paid annually or semi-annually, and $50/month when billed monthly.

Monthly billing requires autopay and is processed on the first of each month.
