Each year, thousands of Florida Realtors from across the state gather to clean up lakes, beaches and other waterways.
In 2025, our clean-up events removed 31,476 pounds of trash to protect this precious natural resource. That’s more than the weight of a fully loaded garbage truck. The Florida Realtors Clean Up Florida Waters events — 134 in all — spanned 239 miles and included about 2,043 participants who logged a collective 717 volunteer hours.

For 20 years, Fair Insurance Rates for Monroe (FIRM) has saved Monroe County property owners more than $760 million. FIRM fights for fair, equitable and affordable property insurance coverage for homeowners, residents and business owners, which protects property values and contributes to housing affordability.
Each year, Marathon and Lower Keys Association of REALTORS® raises money for FIRM because this important work directly impacts the real estate market and the buyers and sellers Realtors serve. Funds raised will be an investment in the future of all Monroe County residents and visitors for years to come.
