Welcome to the Marathon and Lower Keys Association of REALTORS®. MLKAR was formed in 1957. We are located in beautiful Marathon, Florida — the heart of the Florida Keys. Our membership is comprised of REALTORS® and Affiliate Partners located in the Middle Keys, as well as many participants from outside our area.
