Welcome to the website for the Marathon and Lower Keys Association of REALTORS®. MLKAR was formed in 1968. We are located in beautiful Marathon, Florida – the heart of the Florida Keys. Our membership is comprised of REALTORS® and Affiliate Partners located in the “middle” Keys, as well as many participants from outside our area.
